It was certainly a great event!
Over 30 members and guests enjoyed a superb five course plus canapés feast with excellent wines to match. Pre dinner, canapés and drinks were served in the adjacent cocktail area while the dinner was set-up overlooking the kitchens of the Catch Restaurant so guests could see the chefs in action.

I would just sincerely like to thank you for the very exceptional dinner at the Hilton last Friday evening. The food and the wine were wonderful and the company was so friendly and relaxed.
If there is anything that I could say is two mains are a lot for a lady to consume. BUT in saying that EVERYONE ate all that was placed in front of them because it was so special and succulent!!!!! I thought that the dessert was beautifully presented and the perfect light finish to the magnificent meal.
