Christmas on the Gold Coast

The Gold Coast Bailliage hosted its Christmas function at Videre restaurant, located at the RACV Royal Pines Resort. With 180 degree panoramic views towards the Gold Coast, Videre was a perfect location for our black tie function on18 November, 2023. Of course, the evening commenced with some oysters followed by Fraser coast spanner crab as the entrée.  A six hour braised pork belly was enjoyed. The traditional turkey was served with an Iberico ham, truffle and port wine sauce. Our finale was a Verrine of white chocolate & burnt brandy parfait served with a cherry sorbet. A spectacular function to see out 2023.
