Members and guests enjoyed our August OMGD Grand Cru wine event at the Terrace Private Dining Room, Emporium Hotel, South Bank.
 

Our Professionnel du Vin, Toby Parker from Cru Wines, led us through the tasting of eight wines from some of the world's most prestigious Grand Cru designated vineyards, the Grosses Gewächs - the Grand Cru Vineyards of Germany.

Toby generously shared a French grand cru from his own cellar, a 2011 Michele Magnien Clos Saint-Denis. Another great night, with the stayers spilling onto the hotel’s outside deck to enjoy the glittering, gorgeous nighttime Brisbane skyline.
