It’s time to completely reimagine Mexican Cuisine at Sonora with Chef Roy McVeigh, whose CV includes no less than Bathers Pavilion, Berowra Waters Inn, and Bennelong. Roy has arranged an innovative five course menu with beverages matched by our wine specialist and member Graeme Newey from Vinagy. I have tasted the menu with Graeme, and in my opinion it is very impressive, and has exactly hit the brief. This promises to be a lively event, where we shift the boundaries, and explore new texture and flavour profiles showcasing Australian Produce.
