The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs awards two Members for their Service

The Sunshine Coast Chaîne des Rôtisseurs were absolutely honoured to greet Norm Harrison Bailli Délégué, the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Australia for a special event. Supported by Leon Naus the Bailli of the La Chaîne Sunshine Branch, Norm presented the plaque to Simone & Robert Lee at Absolute Providores Specialty Butchers & Delicatessen in Noosaville, Queensland Australia.

 

They were both presented this award for their sterling contribution to the local Noosa Community and La Chaîne Sunshine Coast family.

 

This dynamic couple manage this highly respected local Noosa business that offers a butcher’s wholesale service and specialist retail gourmet meats, including Cape Grim MB4+, and Sovereign Gold Lamb, to many restaurants across Queensland and the Sunshine Coast.

 

Twelve of our Members turned up at their facility in Noosaville and were treated to a glass or three of cold crisp champagne, a selection of gourmet cheeses and fruits, with Norm & Léon giving a heartfelt and warm speech that once again made the Sunshine Coast Chaîne family feel united!

 

The Sunshine Coast Chaîne des Rôtisseurs encourages the development of young Chefs & Sommeliers locally & worldwide. We hope to preserve the camaraderie & pleasure of the table and meet people like you who enjoy exceptional food & wine locally in the Sunshine Coast, with exclusive access to global members and events all over the world.
