Black-Tie dinner and Chapitre on Friday the 26th of November at Jolley’s Boathouse. The evening was presided over by Norm Harrison, Bailli Delegue Australia and the National Committee, comprising, Sam Giddings – Chancelier,  John Studdert -  Echanson,  Dennis Mather - Conseiller Gastronomique and Serena Harrison -  Bailli for South Australia.

On the evening 16 new members were inducted, 5 promotions and 9 awards presented for service to La Chaine des Rotisseurs.

The venue was filled to capacity, with Champagne and canapés

served after the formal ceremony. The evening progressed with a Chefs Degustation menu accompanied by fine wines. The evening was a great success with our new inductees being warmly welcomed.
