  Chaine des Rotisseurs SA and the SA Australian Culinary Federation two South Australian associations, have joined together in a unique collaboration to bring you a celebration of International Chefs Day with a dining experience overlooking Adelaide Oval’s hallowed turf.

 

Our dishes have been carefully crafted keeping in mind a seasonal food philosophy with a strong focus on the use of locally grown, farmed or fished produce.

 

The team takes pride in providing local ingredients and exploring the flavours, colours and textures of their food as they present their interpretation of modern Australian cuisine – set in Adelaide Oval’s magnificent surroundings, steeped in 144 years of rich history and nostalgia.

 

La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs proudly assists the hospitality industry nationally and internationally by supporting the development of the talents of young chefs and sommeliers through our Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers competitions at State, National and International Levels.
