The CANAPES menu consisted of:

Asparagus, Parma ham bundle with Balsamic glaze

Smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill roulade

Hervey bay scallops in a shell with Salsa Rosa

Camembert wrapped in pancetta and Chilli pear puree

Mushroom Arancini and Garlic aioli

Peking duck spring roll with dipping sauce

On Wednesday 22 August 2018 at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Gold Coast hosted a Cocktail Evening at Balthazar featuring a Cocktail menu prepared by Chef Jean-Marc Heussner, complemented by a selection of quality wines, selected by our Vice-Echanson David Stevens-Castro.

The function was attended by Bailli Delegue Australia Norm Harrison, Bailli Brisbane Shymal Dhar, Bailli South Australia Serena Harrison-North, Bailli Gold Coast David Suttor, Noosa Committee member Leon Naus and many Gold Coast members. Members enjoyed the convivial evening with fellow Bailliage members
