Annual Christmas Dinner

Forty-four of our members and guests enjoyed a Christmas feast at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.
Canapés accompanied by Canard Duchene Leonie Champagne from Reims kick started our evening. The feast then progressed with beetroot and cured salmon followed by oxtail ravioli consommé and seared barramundi. The highlight was the turkey and duck feast paired with panettone, brussel sprouts, bacon, and cranberry jus. And to complete the evening, a stollen bread and butter pudding with mince pies, bourbon, and anise foam which truly made it feel like Christmas.
It was a grand dinner to complete a very successful year of fine food, wines, and great fun. Let’s raise a glass to welcome the New Year!
