DESCRIPTION:A popular event in the Chaîne Brisbane Calendar\, the Christmas party is always held on the first Sunday in December enabling members and their guests to celebrate the season in festive culinary style and to reflect on the many great memories made throughout the year. Executive Chef Vice-Conseiller Culinaire Gert Pretorius and his team shall lead us on a culinary journey showcasing regional flavours typical of this holiday season. \n\n\nProfessionnel du Vin Toby Parker\,  Vice Echanson Matthias Lohmann and Chargé de Mission Doug van Tienen shall offer tastings of crafted beverages that are sure to please the palate .\n\nThe Sherman W. Jones Trio are amongst Brisbane’s finest musicians and friends of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.  They will perform live for us setting the stage for a most joyful and memorable afternoon.\n\nFrom welcome Champagne and signature cocktails on arrival to the freshly shucked oyster bar with wine and spirit stations set up throughout the private venue\, a festive menu will be offered to guests all afternoon.  The goal is for friends to attend at their leisure throughout the afternoon and enjoy the good cheer of the season.\n\n\nWhile our members are able to enjoy the abundance of the season\, we are aware that this is not always the case for so many around the world. Chaîne Brisbane continues to support the Lotus Children’s Centre in Mongolia – improving the lives of children in need. Our members have been most kind in past years with generous donations made on the day.  Vice-Conseiller Culinaire Honoraire Paul Wilderbeek has just returned from a visit to the Centre and will update us on the ongoing good work that he and his team have achieved in the past 30 years.
