DESCRIPTION:Our member Chef Ashraf Saleh at COYA is recognised as one of the finest exponents of spicing in the country. He has published two books\, the last being Ash’s Spice Journey: A Culinary Balance of Spices\, and he has just released his new spice exciting range\, which he is about to enter in the 2025 RAS Show. For those who regularly host dinner parties\, Ash has designed this range for minimum effort and maximum flavour\, so you can look like a hero to your guests. So little time is involved in the preparation and cooking\, you can actually enjoy most of the night at the table. This spice masterclass is designed to show you the tricks of the trade\, whilst also educating you about the nuances and balance of using spices to elevate your dishes to new heights. After the Masterclass\, we will enjoy a relaxed lunch in the restaurant\, and enjoy some wine (byo). \nAsh’s masterclasses at The North Sydney Community Centre sellout quickly\, and this class will be limited to 15\, so please book early to avoid disappointment. I have tasted the menu with Graeme\, and in my opinion it is very impressive\, and has exactly hit the brief. This promises to be a lively event\, where we shift the boundaries\, and explore new texture and flavour profiles showcasing Australian Produce.
