DESCRIPTION:Chaîne Brisbane’s annual Spirits Dinner has generated much interest in recent years with members eagerly confirming their place at the table. The Emporium chefs take the menu seriously and matching to a spirit requires a special skill.  We have not chosen the spirit for 2025 yet. We are asking members interested in attending this event to email us their suggestions for a preferred spirit in which a bespoke menu can be created. \nDate:  October 25th or 26th\, 6:30pm for 7pm \nVenue: Firma Italian Restaurant\, Emporium Hotel \nMenu: Cocktails on arrival with a 5 course menu matching premium spirits \nDetails to follow in the next few months
