Bastille Day at LUTÈCE BISTRO & WINE BAR

Chaîne member/Chef Owner Romain Bapst provided the 5 course celebration dinner and "Manuel" provided the live entertainment.  Baguette & Lutèce truffle butter  Chilled Western Australian lobster with avruga caviar & finger lime dressing. The famous quail, foie gras & Manjimup black truffle pie. White Rocks veal T-Bone roasted, potato puree, fava & morels mushroom jus or Spiced duck slow roasted, potato blinis, fresh peas & citrus jus. Triple cream with the black truffle, apple & walnut. Poached pear with spices, black currant sauce, leatherwood honey ice cream
