This casual fun evening allowed us to test our food & wine knowledge with some of Brisbane's most celebrated chefs. This event allows the Brisbane Chaîne to raise funds for training and competitive opportunities for Brisbane's young chefs and sommeliers. Guests competed with the chance to be declared the winning table and tried their luck in the raffle. Congratulations to all the winners!
