Friday: Our first stop was the cellar door of TERTINI WINERY in Mittagong NSW. Next stop was lunch at BIOTA in Bowral, NSW. For Friday's dinner we filled the private dining room at BOFFINS Restaurant located at the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra. Saturday: Lunch at LES TRES BON, Bungendore, NSW. Sunday: A morning truffle hunt at THE TRUFFLE BARON, Sutton, NSW followed by lunch and wine tasting at CONTENTIOUS CHARACTER at Wamboin, NSW
