"Our Vice Conseiller Culinaire Executive Chef Paul Wilderbeek designed a bespoke menu featuring exceptional produce not often seen in Brisbane. Six carefully matched wines by internationally renowned wine communicator Tyson Stelzer were chosen to showcase regional differences in wine minerality. We were joined by Melinda Wright of ANTIPODES WATER COMPANY who demonstrated the impact water has on our ability to appreciate wine."
